Full Family Petition
within the United States
If you are within the United States and would like to become a greencard holder your spouse, or parent might be able to sponsor you. A full family petition within the United States is done in two parts. First, filing the I-130 to prove your genuine family relationship, and then filing the I-485 to get your greencard. If you would only like help with one of these two parts see below for Partial Family Petitions.
If you are outside the United States and have a parent or spouse who can sponsor you see below for Full Family Petitions outside the United States.
Full Family Petition within the United States

- Representation at Interview, if needed
Common Additional Fees:
- Additional Joint Sponser: $1,000 if you require more than one sponsor to meet the income requirement for the application.
- Response to Request for Evidence: $800 if a request for evidence is issued, and requires response.
- Travel Document Request: $800 if you require a travel document such as advanced parole.
- Change of Address: $140 if you move and must update USCIS.
- Certified Translations: $30 per page up to 250 words. 10 Cents per word in excess of 250 words.
Full Family Petition
Outside the United States
If you are within the United States and would like to become a greencard holder your spouse, or parent might be able to sponsor you. A full family petition within the United States is done in two parts. First, filing the I-130 to prove your genuine family relationship, and then filing the I-485 to get your greencard. Partial Family Petition
Parent, Spouse, or Sibling, I-130 Only
If you have a family member that would like to sponsor you, but either there is not a visa immediately available or you do not have the funds to pay for a full family petition you can get your case started filing a I-130 family petition. You may be able to get your green card later on once your I-130 is approved.

If you already have an approved I-130, and would like help with the last part of your green card journey we can help. We offer help preparing and filing your I-485 petition (if your within the United States) or your Consulate DS-260 (if you are outside the United States). This service also includes the filing of an Affidavit or Support, I-864, if needed.

Full Fiance Service
From Consulate to Greencard
If your goal is to bring your fiance to the United States, we can help! The fiance visa process is broken into three parts, (1) applying for the visa, (2) applying for the temporary 2 year green card once in the United States, and (3) removing conditions on your temporary green card to the full 10 year green card.
By picking the full service option you save money, but if would like partial services for any one of the steps we can help too! Please see below for paritial fiance services.

This is the first step in the fiance visa greencard journey. We can help you prepare the fiance visa so that your loved one can come into the United States in order to get married.

From Marriage to Two Year Greencard
This is the second step in the fiance visa greencard journey. We can help you apply for your two year green card after you have married your significant other in the United States.

This is the last step in the fiance visa greencard journey. Before your two year conditional green card expires you must apply for the perment greencard. This is the last and most important step for you and your loved one
